Several Raleigh-area businesses recently participated in the North Carolina Public Safety Ball, a fundraiser for children of fallen officers and first responders. The annual event, which was held on Feb. 9 at the North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh, raised approximately $68,000 in donations. Proceeds will go to help the children of local fallen officers attend a summer camp.
Triangle Shooting Academy supported the cause by donating an annual membership and a Sig Sauer P365. Eight team members also attended the fundraiser.
“Triangle Shooting Academy was honored to be part of this year’s Public Safety Ball,” said Triangle Shooting Academy founder Bill Edwards. “We were happy to help raise money for the children of law enforcement officers and first responders who gave everything to serve and protect our community.”
